It was found that the process behind college sports recruting was in-efficent and still done very traditionally.
Athletes were having trouble finding the right colleges and coaches were struggling to find the right athletes for their teams. Thsi was due to the geographical location and limitations within the traditional application process.

We gave Lemonaid a digital strategy by developing an app that provided the perfect digital enviroment and provided both parties an easy to use interface, allowing both colleges and athletes to quickly browse through options to find the perfect match for them.
The algorithm created uses personality profiles and other relevent data to make each party meet their ideal matches fast and with minimum effort.
